What do people willing to put money down on it say about Trump in the wake of last night's closing Republican National Convention?

They're in.

MarketWatch reports a huge swift swing toward President Trump, a record high.

Betting odds have shifted dramatically toward President Donald Trump, though former Vice President Joe Biden remains narrowly ahead. The U.K. site Betfair reported the greatest convention period improvement of any candidate since election trading began on the Betfair Exchange in 2004, as Biden's odds are the longest since May. Betfair on Friday said the current odds imply a 51% chance of Biden winning.

Which is a great sign the long drought in the polls for Trummp may be over. Stocks are up. Jobs are coming back. COVID has peaked. And now the Republicans have put out a terrific convention.

People put money out when they bet and if they get it wrong, they shell out, so the fact that more are laying money down for a Trump win is a stronger indicator than any poll.

It incidentally parallels what's been identified as the most important of voter polling questions - who voters expect will win, rather than who they want to win.

It's said to be a far more reliable indicator than ordinary polls.

The courts are not favorable towards Trump! Even if they fight it in lower courts they’ll be in a lose lose situation. The only thing I can say is take it to the supreme court but even there Benedict Arnold will probably rule in favor of it...so our side is in a lose lose situation!! Just look at the way the judge in Pennsylvania ruled over the mail in ballots he said they should have a three day extension. Do you know in one day they can fork over thousands of fraudulent ballots. Example AZ Mcsally ....Scratch out Pennsylvania out it’s done it’s cooked the federal judge ruled for the rats!

My thoughts exactly. There will be riots and mayhem in protest of a Trump victory, or in celebration of a Biden win. And they will be EVERYWHERE. No one will be completely safe unless you are living FAR from potential malcontents, or you are boarded up in some fortified castle. Wait until the food supply is disrupted, because of civil unrest, then it will really get serious. The Left hates us, and is prepared to do anything to get that final, total control that they have been craving.

The election will be decided in court. It doesn’t mater if Trump wins by 10 points on Election Day the democrats will make post election 2016 democrat fraud look benign and patriotic. Who “wins” the election will depend upon how Roberts is identifying the day the election gets to the Supreme Court, a moderate swing justice or blackmailed constitution destroyer.

For the most part, I see this as a way to deny Trump the popular vote (for PR purposes), or to make it a bigger margin, so they can scream something about a mandate after they’re done during their eyes.

Keep an eye on GA. That state was too close in 2016. The nba is pushing voter registration. Right now, blacks in the ATL are highly motivated to vote.

Chaos is the back-up plan.

If cheating is not successful on election day, there will be ballot harvesting and court challenges to decide which votes to count.

Also, the people behind Antifa probably have plans for action on election day. Vote early.
