Joe Biden went off on a tangent Thursday night — about the Kenosha protest shootingo suspect and the deadly Charlottesville rally in 2017 — despite being asked about the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
The Democratic presidential candidate’s flub came during an appearance on CNN.

What stuns me more than the fact Biden is confused is that this was published in the NY Post! Even the liberal rags can no longer hide the facts. If they did they’d have nothing to report but the weather.

Joe Biden says Kyle Rittenhouse belonged to the militia.
This needs to be fact checked.
I have been trying to find out the truth.
The USA Today says “Kyle Rittenhouse, 17-year-old charged in Kenosha protest shootings, considered himself militia, social media posts show.” Now that's a pretty cut and dry statement, but they go on to show some other people's Facebook’s posts, who say they are a militia, but Kyle is not anywhere in the quotes.
They then say he supports the police, and is in favor of the Blue Lives Matter movement. THAT is NOT a militia.
So I'm going to say no, the fact check is FALSE.
I'm retired military, and the fact of the matter is every able-bodied male between the ages of 17 and 45 are actually part of the unorganized militia of the United States (US Code 10, # 246).
But we all know that's not what Biden is referring to.
He's falsely accusing this kid of belonging to some supremacist group, with "bulging veins and torches, where that poor girl died" to make people think he is the worst kind of racist provocateur and criminal, like the Neo Nazis in Charlottesville.
Joe Biden. Liar. Accuser.
I hope Linn Wood sues him.
