Which is why his wife called 911 since she thought he was there to kill her.

Wasn’t the first report that Blake stopped there to help break up a fight between two women?

Officer not guilty of anything. “Mr” Blake is lucky to be alive, even if paralyzed.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Black is a skin color, not a license to break the law, especially given the suspect’s long, violent rap sheet.

DCI aims to provide a report of the incident to the prosecutor within 30 days. The prosecutor then reviews the report and makes a determination about what charges, if any, are appropriate. If the prosecutor determines there is no basis for prosecution of the law enforcement officer, DCI will thereafter make the report available to the public.

Well Kenosha isn't going to be a very nice place to live for at least a month then

DCI agents recovered a knife from the driver’s side floorboard

Which is where he was reaching.

Again, and I sound like a broken record not that anyone remembers, but this is another example of where the banning of neck restraints is causing problems.

The Brooks case in Atlanta and this case are both examples of where the perp gave the officer his back. If officers were allowed to do what they could last year and grab them by the neck both incidents would NOT have ended as they did.

Just saying..... tasers suck. When they work they are awesome, but you don’t always get a good hit/connection. The over-reliance on less lethal and fear of going hands on with subjects is going to cause far more deaths over the long term.

The other problem with tasers is that when you are on the concrete or asphalt the subject is going to ding their melon when they get hit likely harming themselves worse than if the officer went hands on.

Just my .02

During the investigation following the initial incident, Mr. Blake admitted that he had a knife in his possession. DCI agents recovered a knife from the driver’s side floorboard of Mr. Blake’s vehicle. A search of the vehicle located no additional weapons.

Justified....

Cop probably thought he was swapping the knife for a gun. Seven shots makes me think the cop may have panicked a bit but no one can predict how they or anyone is goign to react in a real world situation like that.

He probably dropped the knife in the floorboard after being shot. Here’s the photo and video showing him carrying the knife while walking around the front of the vehicle.

That’s probably why the police backed away from him so fast on the other side of the vehicle before drawing their weapons.

And if cops didnt respond and he’d have murdered her, ash0les would still be rioting and blaming cops for that.

I'd like to hear the police officer who shot him explain his reasoning for do it. Did he think the perp was trying to drive away? Did he think he saw a gun? ...

That’s two libtard excuses debunked. They did try non-lethal force first and he did have a weapon.
