First Degree homicide...
I haven’t seen one killer so far from the Left who has been
charged with first degree murder.
I saw what was going on, and that kid was defending himself
for at least part of the time.
Someone needs to take that DA out behind the woodshed.

It’s becoming more and more evident that there’s only one way out of this, and it’s gonna get pretty damn ugly. A bunch of these Soros’ DAs need to be arrested and tried as well.
The Soros DA over-charged. Should be easy to beat. Going to have to prove he headed out that night to kill. Then there’s the rioters chasing him and saying to “kill him” etc. before they get shot.

Actually, he was defending himself both times. The first time, protesters/rioters were chasing him and threw either a pipe or molotov cocktail at him; he fired and hit the one guy in the head. Then, as he was leaving the scene, he was again chased by the Marxist mob, fell down, and was about to be attacked by someone with a pistol (which is visible in video stills). He shot again, hitting that pistol-carrying guy in the arm, and some other Marxist in the chest or abdomen.
They are not even charged with possession of fireworks, let alone major crimes.
Probation and anger management.
This 17-year-old white kid, after being chased down the street and violently assaulted with a skateboard, and having a pistol pulled on him (by a felon-in-possession), is charged as an adult for premeditated murder, within < 24 hours.
