from what I’ve read and the video I saw, it looks like self-defense. The rioters threw rocks at him, chased him, what was he supposed to do, let them kill him?
“first-degree intentional homicide”
Huh?
Oh, yeah, that's right. The press brainwashed you.
"Knockout game."
He got *probation* and *anger management*.
This guy was being chased down the street by an armed mob, fell down and was feloniously battered with a skateboard, and by someone falsely wearing a hat "Paramedic" while carrying Glock, who tried to take his rifle away, and defended himself. Oh btw -- the Glock dude, with half his bicep missing?
Felon in possession. Anoter automatic felony.
So the guy who defended himself is all of 17 -- and is being charged as an adult with premeditated murder.
DEMOCRAT POLITICIANS LITERALLY want you defenseless and/or dead.
Is this the guy who was chased down and attacked?
The “Victim” with the arm wound was photographed holding a glock in his hand.
Does his dad own the car dealership? I thought these people were out there protecting property...
Self defense all the way....
Summer riot jobs are good work if you can get it.
Hopefully his family will quickly set up a GO FUND ME campaign for this RIGHTEOUS YOUNG MAN! The RATS know hell be found not guilty, they just want to devastate him financially!
If you don’t have a twitter account, you should get one....you should see the nonsense that is being posted about this....Kyle is actually trending on twitter and there’s only a few who are defending him, the rest are blm/antifa supporters cheering over the arrest of this ‘white supremacist’
According to Blackstone’s commentaries on English Law (the basis of American law) the right of self-defense is the most fundamental of all rights.
Having read 251 posts, here’s my take. Lots of questions really.
Reason for the severe charge is simple. Extradition is not a small thing, especially when it comes to a minor. State #1 is not simply going to hand over one of their citizens to state #2 on a small charge, especially being under 18.
My personal opinion is that he was defending himself.
Why a 17 year old crossed state lines to join some adults guarding a gas station is unknown.
Did he cross state lines with the gun or did he borrow someone else’s? unknown.
Was he a member of the militia(assumed) that were chatting it up with and being thanked by the cops?
I hope he doesn’t get charged with murder. Manslaughter I can see happening but I don’t even agree that he deserves that. Some sort of weapons charges definitely unless he was actually legal in both states or at least WI, which I don’t know is possible if he was an IL resident. Maybe mom lived in IL and dad lived in WI?
Sucks that out of all those guys he was with, none of them were responsible enough to watch over him real well. One of them should have said, you stay here, I’ll take care of the arson commie guy.
And not this:
Kyle Rittenhouse, a 17-year-old suspected of fatally shooting at least two people and injuring another
Unfortunately, it appears that young grasshopper (17, underage) was in unlawful possession of a weapon, and in the act of committing a crime when he used said weapon to shoot people.
WI Stat § 948.60 (2013 through Act 380), Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.
939.48 Self-defense and defense of others.
As he is from Illinois, and was arrested in Illinois, it is likely he unlawfully transported the firearm across state lines.
Ian Miles Cheong did the work of stitching together multiple videos to get a better idea of what happened with the rifle guy

He’s a hero and only 17.
After the dust settles the Special Forces should pick this kid up.
Fighting comes natural to him.
They will make this kid the scapegoat. Hes screwed
If he would say they triggered him, they would understand and drop all Chu.
The Department of Redundancy Department is looking into this.
