Kyle Rittenhouse, a 17-year-old suspected of fatally shooting at least two people and injuring another during protests in Kenosha over the shooting of Jacob Blake, has been arrested, according to local media reports.
Rittenhouse, 17, was arrested in Illinois and has been reportedly charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
It’s 18 for any firearm, rifle or handgun, WI doesn’t distinguish. Unless legally hunting. Then it’s 14, 12 if with an adult.
While I'm sure the kid had good intentions, he didn't think this thru very well (what 17 year olds do?). Considering the events of the two prior nights, there is no way I would have let my son even go near that city..let alone with a damn rifle.
Oh, you noticed that, too? Laws don't apply when it comes to protecting minors from dems. They adult who was attacking the kid with a pistol before he got his elbow blown off is the one who should be charged.

Don’t need jury nullification for that one. That was justified use of deadly force in self defense. Period.

Either he thought green shirt would fall for the old “shoot you with the round in the chamber” trick or was making an ill-considered attempt at getting green shirt to stand down.

Dude, try to get the complete story. The kid was CHASED to the gas station by ANTIFA where he was attacked and defended himself. There was no “support” for him at the gas station that I saw... only the kid and ANTIFA. Armed ANTIFA thugs continued to chase him and attack him while he was on the ground.
