Pam Bondi Reminds Voters About the Biden Family Corruption
Townhall.com ^ | August 26, 2020 | Cortney O'Brien

Thanks to former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, Americans were reminded about the corruption that has surrounded the Bidens for years. As she recalled for viewers during night two of the Republican National Convention on Tuesday, it was Hunter Biden's suspicious work in Ukraine that led to the bogus and sensational impeachment trial of President Trump earlier this year. As one of the members of the White House's legal team during the trial, Bondi knows more than most just how deep the corruption goes.

"When you look at his 47 year career in politics, the people who benefited are his family members, not the American people," Bondi said of former vice president Joe Biden. "Let's take a closer look."

"We all know about Joe's son, Hunter Biden. A corrupt Ukrainian Oligarch put Hunter on the board of his gas company, even though he had no experience in the country - or in the energy sector. None. Yet he was paid millions to do nothing. He only had one qualification that mattered: He was the son of the man in charge of distributing U.S. aid to Ukraine.

"And recently reported information revealed that a few months after Hunter Biden joined the corrupt company's Board, the Obama-Biden State Department began doing business with them even as it remained under investigation for corruption.

"It gets worse. That very same company was being investigated by a Ukrainian prosecutor. Joe Biden— the Vice President of the United States—threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine unless that same prosecutor was fired... and then he was fired. Hunter only resigned from that board…just before his dad announced his campaign for president."

It was this suspicious timeline and apparent corruption that Trump reportedly asked Ukrainian President Zelensky to investigate. Yet a White House whistleblower interpreted the request as Trump attempting to hurt his political opponent and help secure his re-election. Democrats did their best (not really) to convince their colleagues that Trump had abused his power and obstructed Congress. But the Senate would eventually acquit him of the charges.

Unfortunately, Bondi continued, corruption has found its way to other parts of the Biden family tree. She referenced a few other instances of Biden using his office to benefit his family, which you can watch in full below.

"Joe says he will build back better…yeah, build the Bidens back better," Bondi said.

In 2009 Joe Biden Hired His Niece Who Worked for the Bill Gates’s Foundation. The 26-Year-Old Then Advised Biden On The U.S.-China Relations Which Enriched Hunter Biden But Crippled America.
The National Pulse ^ | AUGUST 22, 2020 | Natalie Winters
FR Posted on 8/24/2020, 7:36:19 PM by E. Pluribus Unum

DURING DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE JOE BIDEN’S VICE PRESIDENTIAL TENURE, HIS 26-YEAR-OLD NIECE COORDINATED THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION’S CHINA APPROACH AS A SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT’S U.S.-CHINA STRATEGIC AND ECONOMIC DIALOGUE.

Casey Owens, the latest member of the Biden family to benefit financially or professionally from the former Senator’s connections, joined “the highest-level bilateral economic forum” four years after graduating from college and a stint at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

She wielded considerable influence over the direction of U.S.-China relations between 2009 and 2011, as she described her team as “advising” former Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner and responsible for “coordinat[ing] the priorities within the agenda for the Dialogue” and “spearhead[ing] the negotiations of proposals.”

The appointment triggered no media furore, nor coverage, with the exception of a buried two-sentence mention in a New York Times article from this year.
The piece highlights Biden’s penchant for exploiting political office to provide family members with jobs and lucrative contracts, though the criticism was arguably 12 years too late.

Biden, identified as one of the “top five senators payments or contributions to a family businesses or employer” in a 2008 Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics report, also funneled $3,618 from his 2002 Senate campaign fund to Owens.
An unearthed cable reveals Owens was part of the elite Strategic and Economic Dialogue II planning trip to Beijing as part of the Economic Track delegation alongside State and Treasury Executive and Senior officials.

OBAMA IS GRATEFUL— Despite being out of the administration for five years, she attended the Obama administration’s final state dinner.

Owens’ proximity to American and Chinese officials casts the rest of the family’s China-based business dealings, chiefly those of Hunter Biden, in an interesting and, perhaps, suspicious light. Hunter, along with other Obama officials’ offspring, notoriously ran investment firms that inked billion-dollar contracts with Chinese companies, including state-owned enterprises.

Many allege these deals only materialized due to his father’s position. In 2013, for example, then-Veep Biden and his son traveled via Air Force Two to China, and twelve days later, Hunter landed a $1 billion contract with a subsidiary of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)-run Bank of China.
The hiring decision serves as a cautionary tale for what the composition of a potential Biden administration could look like – teeming with his family members while those in the private sector profit immensely.

Watched her speech and it was great but she left off the part about Hunter telling a Judge that he was broke and not working and then he magically pays off a tax lien in the amount of $450,000.

Ponder that: Chicago Rham was Obama's COS AND controlled Treasury ....at the same time.

THE SMOKING GUN---WSJ REPORT-- On Jan 20, 2009 Timothy Geithner was appointed Obama's Secy of the Treasury. But within three weeks, the Obama White House tightened its grip on Treasury. Obama put his COS, Rahm Emanuel, in charge of Treasury---Rahm Emanuel's dual role was an unusual move. When he got to Treasury, WH COS Rahm Emanuel was so involved in the inner workings that the phrase "Rahm wants it" had become an unofficial mantra among subservient govt staffers, prostrate in obeisance, scurrying to accede to Rahm's wishes, according to Treasury government officials. Biden Faces Pressure From Left Over Influence Industry Ties.
Many of his aides and close allies are veteran Washington hands
who have profited from advising big corporations.

New York Times | August 1, 2020 | Kenneth P. Vogel and Glenn Thrush
FR Posted on 8/1/2020, 8:07:53 PM by karpov

WASHINGTON — It was one of the few issues on which President Barack Obama and Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. disagreed — how far to go in limiting the influence of lobbyists in government. The vice president privately complained that his boss’s effort to slam shut the revolving door between K Street and the administration would deprive it of experienced talent, and he bristled when Mr. Obama’s aides tried to block him from hiring a well-connected Washington operator who had lobbied for pharmaceutical and insurance companies, credit agencies and others.

Eight years later, that same confidant, Steve Ricchetti, is helping to run Mr. Biden’s presidential campaign. Also involved to varying degrees are other advisers, operatives, fund-raisers and allies with deep connections to Washington’s lucrative lobbying, communications and strategic consulting industry.

That puts Mr. Biden at odds with powerful elements of his party’s liberal base. Increasingly, they are expressing concern that the military contractors, Wall Street banks and other major corporations that paid members of Mr. Biden’s inner circle while they were out of government could hold disproportionate power in a Biden administration.

Politically, it could limit Mr. Biden’s ability to cast himself as the antidote to the anything-goes access peddling that has proliferated in President Trump’s administration. Under Mr. Trump, lobbyists and campaign donors have not only enjoyed access to the highest levels of the administration, but have been tapped to lead cabinet departments and have exerted remarkable influence over policies of intense interest to their former employers.

“It’s worrisome, broadly speaking, that a Biden administration could end up abiding by the unfortunate bipartisan norms of putting people in posts where they oversee industries or employers they just left,” said David Segal, co-founder of the liberal group Demand Progress.

There's at least the ninth "incidences" among Joe Biden’s close family, and followed incidents involving his brother Frank, his son Hunter and his daughter Ashley. The cases - ranging from felony theft to drug possession - were all either thrown out, or resulted in light sentences with no jail time, according to a Post review of public records and published reports.

<><> The trouble for Ashley Biden, 39, started with a pot bust when she was a student at Tulane University in 1999. New Orleans police confirmed the possession arrest of the daughter of the then-Delaware senator, but no conviction was recorded in court records.

<><>Ten years later, during her father’s vice-presidency, video circulated showing a woman resembling Ashley snorting what appeared to be cocaine at a party. Joe Biden refused to comment on the reports, and there were no legal consequences.

<><> A second misdemeanor arrest for the Biden daughter was reported in 2002 after she allegedly attempted to obstruct a police officer - making “intimidating statements” - after a bottle-throwing brawl outside a Chicago bar. The charges were dropped.

Former Ukrainian prosecutor demands charges against Biden
Interfax, Ukraine ^ | January 29, 2020
Posted on 1/29/2020, 9:20:16 PM by elpadre

Ukrainian ex-Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin has demanded that the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI) open criminal proceedings against former U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden for illegal influence on him as the prosecutor general of Ukraine.

“I ask you to register a criminal offense against me in the Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations by a U.S. citizen, Joseph Biden, which happened on the territory of Ukraine and abroad, namely, interference with the activities of a law enforcement officer, the responsibility for which is provided for in Part 2 of Article 343 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code. Immediately start a pretrial investigation and give written instructions to SBI investigators,” Shokin said in a statement to the acting SBI director delivered by Shokin’s lawyers.

Shokin said he agreed to resign as prosecutor general of Ukraine due to Biden pressure.

Media Zone in on Biden Family’s Culture of Corruption
BreitBart ^ | 1/29/2020 | HARIS ALIC
Posted on 1/29/2020, 1:32:01 PM by caww

On Tuesday, Politico published in-depth exposé on financial ties between the former VP’S younger brother, James, and a high-powered D.C. lobbyist.

James and his wife purchased an acre of land in the Virgin Islands for $150,000 in May 2005. A year later, James resold 1/3rd of that acre to Scott Green, a ‘national security lobbyist who formerly served a Senate staffer for Joe Biden. Green paid $150,000 for the land, even though tax assessed value was only $38,000. “In effect, James got their money back while keeping most of the land—recouping their investment in just 12 months.

Any money that Green may have lost through the deal was offset when Joe Biden became vice president. In 2010 GreFEMAtaffen and members of the lobbying firm he founded, the Lafayette Group, were frequent visitors at the Obama-Biden White House.

That year Green’s ties to the Biden clan seemed to be especially beneficial. On April 11, 2010, the Lafayette Group was awarded two taxpayer-funded contracts from FEMA worth a total of $5.8 million.

Other members of the Biden family did just as well. Joe Biden’s other brother, Frank, benefited from $54 million in taxpayer-backed loans to Caribbean nations heavily involved in real estate and solar power projects he was pursuing in the region. ...even though he lacked a background in solar energy or international real estate development.

Similarly, the former vice president’s sister, Valerie, received millions in fees during the 2008 election. Valerie, who served as the campaign manager for her brother’s failed presidential campaign that year, paid her own consulting firm, Joe Slade White & Company, $2.5 million for its services. Biden Center Under Investigation for Illegal Donations From China
DB Daily Update | David Blackmon Posted on 5/25/2020, 9:19:56 AM by EyesOfTX

If the label says “Biden,” it was definitely influenced by China. – John Solomon at JustTheNews.com is reporting that The National Legal and Policy Center has asked the U.S. Department of Education to investigate its findings that the University of Pennsylvania (Penn) has over the past several years accepted more than $22 million in anonymous China-originated donations to its Biden Center and failed to properly disclose the contributions. >{? From Solomon’s report: The complaint, filed by the National Legal and Policy Center, says that over the past three years, the university has accepted around $22 million in anonymous funding from Chinese sources. That’s out of a total of more than $70 million from Chinese donors during that time, the NLPC said. Those significant funds, including the anonymous amounts, rolled in after the Biden Center was announced in early 2017 and launched in February 2018. The center is located in downtown Washington, D.C.

Federal records show that the University of Pennsylvania has received significant donations from China since the opening of the center. One 2018 donation alone totals $14.5 million; it is listed as “anonymous” in federal records. The NLPC alleges the university may have violated federal law in accepting those anonymous monetary donations. The Higher Education Act mandates schools report the national origins of any donations above $250,000 although not necessarily the individual names of donors themselves. [End] This serves as just one more reminder that Biden, his son and his brother have long been in the pockets of Chinese interests. The stark reality facing our country today is that, should Biden manage to win the election in November, all of the gains President Donald Trump has made through the sheer force of his will in terms of U.S./China relations and trade policy will be immediately reversed the day after Biden assumes office.

If you like the fact that virtually all U.S. antibiotics and PPE are sourced through China at some point along their supply chains and want it to stay that way, vote for Biden. Because that would be a fait accompli should he win. There are trillions of dollars at stake, and Creepy Uncle Quid Pro China Joe wants to ensure his family continues to get its fair share.

Oh but CNN’s “fact checkers” said it was just an honest mistake and there was no evidence Biden had anything to do with it. Apparently these entities with business in front of Biden just hired his family members and paid them millions for no work by shear coincidence.
