Protester’s shooting in Pa. caught on live stream: ‘This dude is shooting at us’

A cross-country trek by about 50 protesters seeking racial justice has been halted by a shooting in Pennsylvania, wounding at least one demonstrator late Monday night.

At least some of the incident was caught on a live stream being broadcast on social media by the group’s leader, Frank Nitty.

Somerset’s to the west. That would make sense if they came through P-Burgh. I have no idea what the hell they were doing in Bedford. Regardless, they’ll be dodging a little buckshot through that part of the country. SW PA doesn’t take kindly to those types interrupting Sunday dinner. Folks on twitter are saying there's a longer version that started with one of the protestors rioters looking in the car for their gun. -Then the local (?) fires at the d!psh!ts. The convoy of idiocy had apparently been there for awhile causing a disturbance.

There are some big woods between Bedford and Donegal to the west. Man could get lost and not be found for a while. Bedford County is having a problem with feral hogs. They are mean and eat everything. Great place for a “protest”.

Yup. Most of us Pennsyltuckians are well equipped, but not necessarily quick to anger. I would doubt this situation was a completely unprovoked attack. I expect the incident will be thoroughly investigated and the local DA and courts will do their duty fairly and impartially.
