A bar is a likely place to spread the virus. I doubt it will have been spread at the motorcycle rally, or the concert, both of which were outdoors.

My family was inn Hill City for Aug 14-19, never wore a mask in the 5 towns we visited. The only lives we endangered were the buffalos we helped consume. The poor woman who made a poor choice to approach a mama buffalo in Custer State Park was more in danger last Wednesday. We were honored, too, to sit at the table and exact chair governor Noem sat at at the State Game Lodge restaurant. One of the bikers helped us snag that. Hey Governor Noem, if you see this, we’re honored! Of course we had buffalo and elk mixed burgers...heck yeah!

The individual may have had covid months ago and be over it completely and still can test positive.
And, a crap ton of testing is bogus giving both false positives and false negatives.
I would expect that there some COVID positives in a group that size. I also wouldn’t be surprised if the Dems sent in a few infected ANTIFA types to make sure.
