As 24News reported Tuesday, a leaked mandated "diversity training" training session from Goodyear branded “Blue Lives Matter,” “All Lives Matter” and “MAGA” attire “unacceptable,” while deeming Black Lives Matter and LGBT slogans to be “acceptable.”
The leaked slide is of their “zero tolerance” policy towards support for police or conservative values, making clear which opinions are allowed and which aren’t.
Under acceptable: Black Lives Matter (BLM), Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride.
Listed as unacceptable: Blue Lives Matter, All Lives Matter, MAGA Attire, Political Affiliated Slogans or Material.
According to a report from WIBW, the person who took the photo of the slide said that it was presented at a Topeka plant by an area manager and says it came from their corporate office out of Akron, Ohio.

Definitely a non-denial denial. As if contracting with an independent “diversity expert” to conduct racist, cop-hating diversity training somehow exonerates Goodyear.
After what ‘they’ did to Papa John, I still contend when you go public keep 50.1 for yourself.
If you want to give your wife (she may not always be a friend) or kids (you may whizz them off and they sell) or family (etc etc) stock or shares etc keep them in the 49.9 range.
Then you can tell them all to go F’off when they try to wrest power from you.
Papa John was my ‘go to’ for pizza etc but since they tossed him I haven’t crossed a threshold in ANY of their stores...if they ‘share’ a building with someone else I will not patronize them either - at that location.
As if I cared but I am definitely running out of places to go.
McDs, Target, Chic, PJs, Subway, Starbucks etc are definitely on my no spend list...
I may use the head at one of them if I am ‘in the mood’ and sorta desperate but that is it.

FWIW, I’m familiar with a few Fortune 250 company policies related to this. The policies are all zero tolerance. No political anything on any company property at any time.
Works for me.
What is interesting is that Goodyear disavows the slide but fails to explain where it did come from.

Goodyear apparently doesn’t realize that any equity issue has two sides. In reality they are saying that only one side of the discussion on equity is permissible.

... but the division HR diva who created it will be advanced to corporate ASAP ... and although it presently isn't part of a "diversity training" syllabus, they'll update their training manuals with the very same sentiment, also ASAP.
To them the Marxist & Racist reality of Black Lives Matter isn't political or exclusive, and is just fine to parade around. We are only allowed to comprehend and discuss the literal phrase, never the political baggage that underpins it (that would create a hostile workplace). Any phrase that mimics it (Blue, All, ... ) is to be regarded as blasphemy to unassailable dogma.
I'm sure they will still conclude that stating "Blue Lives Matter" is political; it can't be taken literally or as anything other than an affront to "Black Lives Matter", and is therefore forbidden. And declaring support to Make America Great Again is political to the exclusionists, never literal. They will declare it can only be regarded as hostile (to the favored group) and therefore forbidden.

I quit Goodyear 15 years ago. They sell on their name, but their quality has definitely decreased over the years.
Been running Coopers since then. Very good tires for sand and mud.

I think the other labels: Fulda, Sava and Debica must be from out of the country. I’ve never heard of them.
