CNN polling found 26% of 'people of color' approved of Trump in June, compared to 37% in August.
A CNN poll released Sunday shows President Trump has narrowed Democratic rival Joe Biden's lead by 10 points since June, in part by what appears to be growing support for Trump among "people of color" in swing states.
The new poll shows the Biden-Harris ticket leading the Trump-Pence ticket 50% to 46%, compared to early June when the numbers were 55% to 41%.
Over the same period, the CNN poll found that 26% of "people of color" in battleground states approved of Trump in June, compared to 37% in August.
"Joe Biden's lead over Donald Trump among registered voters has significantly narrowed since June, according to a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS, even as the former vice president maintains an advantage over the president on several top issues and his choice of California Sen. Kamala Harris as a running mate earns largely positive reviews," Jennifer Agiesta, CNN Polling Director, wrote on Monday.
In the August poll, the 37% told CNN they approve of Trump's job performance, with 33% of them saying that if the election were held today, they would vote for Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, the Republicans.
In last month's poll, "people of color" within battleground states, 44% said they had with a favorable view of Harris and 31% had an unfavorable view, 14% reporting they had "never heard of," her, and 11% with "no opinion," of Harris.
The CNN poll was not lost on President Trump, who tweeted, "Whats with @CNN POLLS increasing me by 10 points in a short period of time. Maybe they want to take over from FoxNews!"
Surely the media doesn’t take those polls seriously.
The censor must have been in the restroom smoking a blunt when that news came through.
two big things,
1. PDJT’s resurrection of the sick Obama economy provides millions of new jobs and business opportunities for all Americans, and it has been black and Latino Americans that have benefited the most (since they were oppressed the most under Obama’s regime), and
2. black Americans in particular are INSULTED as all Hell for being pandered at by the DNC with the Harris Veep selection, as one local lady put it, “damnit, another fake black American D candidate!” (after you know who)......neither of them having lived one day the “black American experience”
many black Americans are tired of being confined to the Democratic Plantation, its really just this simple. And many Latino Americans are sick and tired of losing their jobs to illegal immigrants of whatever color including Lations.
But again, the PDJT campaign has to reach out and include black and Latino citizen voters more, with more rallies and more media communications
The media lives for polls.
And don’t call me Shirley..................
Even so, look at the way CNN worded the FACT about the INCREASE in black support so that—at first glance—it looks like Trump’s support is at 26%.
A more accurate (and startling to the Demonrat party) would have been:
“CNN polling found 37% of ‘people of color approved of Trump in August.....”
Who’s we? You’re a never Trump troll.
And the thread is about a major shift in the same poll taken by the same anti Trump outfit over two periods of time.
But I get it, your assignment is to hop on any positive thread early to never Trump it up.
Btw, you suck at it
Guess what ?
Blacks dont like Harris ..
So why do we believe this one and not the other three polls that came out at the same time that showed Trump down ten points in two polls and nine points in one? Or did you miss those?
So glad I have the chance to apologize for calling you Shirley after an Airplane! gif.
I actually had an uncle named Shirley!............He went by ‘Wayne’................
A shame for him. I worked with a guy named Shirley in the record department of a Korvette's department store in the year my minimum wage as a college kid was a full $1.25 an hour (1966). He never used a nickname, just always said "Yes, that's my real name."
Funny true story: Bob Dylan's first wife was Sara Lowndes. Her first husband had told her I refuse to marry any woman named Shirley. Change it." She did and married her.
Trump’s visit to Florida may have had a major affect too.
15 - 20% sinks the Demoncrats.
You sound worried, incessant troll.
