In a society psychotically obsessed with national origin and percentage of melanin in the skin, someone like Kamala can claim to be whatever she wants. She “identifies” as black. But that didn’t work for rachel dolezal.
Watched this video.
She should be publically interviewed, shown the video, and asked, pointedly, to explain it.
Her and Donna Lamoan and that witch from urban public radiop that is now a WHCA correspondent in the briefing room. Angel somebody... can’t remember the name.
Recent MSLSD segment where Donna Lamoan and this witch were arguing over Heels-up ‘blackness’.
willie says she can do more tricks on six inches of dick than a monkey on forty feet of grapevine.
Hidey & Ho !
Harris is 50% Indian (Tamil, I believe), and of the balance only about half of that black (so, 25% black). Logically, she should identify as Indian; but, logic and the left are strangers.
Then again, as far as Democrats are concerned, historically if one had even a smidgen of black blood, one would be considered black. Octoroons were considered black, even though in skin tone they were in many instances whiter than many whites.
So, perhaps Harris is defining herself based on what her segregationist Democrat Party had established over a century ago.
Incorrect, A Natural Born citizen is an American who has two parents who are American citizens at the time of their birth. It is not clear that place of birth is a requirement

Kamala Chameleon
Under the 14th amendment, she is considered a natural born citizen. Anchor babies are natural born, unlike Obama.
This type of citizenship is referred to as birthright citizenship.

Maybe she should change her name to Kameleon. She changes colors as her surroundings require.
Excellent :):):)
She is a woman of color, which met the Biden requirement.
White is a color also.
Ever notice that many of “ color” are not the dark skinned of a true African ancestry but blended due to the integration of the races throughout American history.
A subtle but direct observable that the MSM ignores in their “ race bait” at any cost meme

According to this, per Jamaican law, she has a Jamaican Parent and is therefore Jamaican. (Even if she has not been there.) Jamaica allows dual citizenship. So she is a Jamaican with dual citizenship with the U.S. and probably India.
In addition, she received some portion of her primary education in Canada.
So, Jamaican by law and Indian by culture(her indian custodial mother’s upbringing.) Her Tamil grandfather was in the legislature in India She has visited relatives in India. Even if a citizen I would say disqualified by foreign influence. Dems will say her global back ground is a resume enhancer.
At the very least she should be publicly challenged in an obvious and noisy way and required to publicly revoke her Citizenships in both Jamaica and India. (If she has Indian citizenship...of this I am not certain.)
If Senator Cruz was given a hard time for his Canadian citizenship, the same should apply to her.

India doesn't allow dual citizenships
She must be told to revoke any other citizenship (it's not defined if she has ever had Jamaican citizenship
Snopes....
Yeah they’ll tell any lie
you do know what a student Visa is.. her parents were not citizens, they were visa holders.
Harris is transitioning.... may be a dude next time.
