If Joe has any current connection to Scranton it might be for a role in the bizarro cast of “The Office.” He wouldn't measure up to Michael's executive skills, but he would be a good fit as a character in the pool of dithering incompetence in Scranton's fictional Dunder-Mifflin office.

This media B.S. that Pennsylvania has a slobbering love affair with Joe Biden is a MYTH.
He has not lived here in over half a century.
He had a base of support here in the 70’s and 80’s, mainly old school union guys. They liked his stand against school busing (which is becoming problematic for him now). Most of them are probably dead now.
Current blue-collar types in PA are more worried about Joe banning fracking.
