A group of Black Lives Matter protesters in Seattle are claiming that theyre being priced out of their civil rights by the prohibitive costs of defending themselves against police violence.
The lawsuit filed Monday in federal court alleges that the repeated use of force by the Seattle Police Department has made it impossible for them to exercise their right to protest without pricey personal protective gear.
Because protesters now must purchase expensive equipment to be assured that they will be able to protest safely, the indiscriminate use of weapons by SPD implicates equal protection, the lawsuit says.

Don’t riot. Don’t loot. Don’t deface property. Don’t block traffic.
Follow those “dont’s” and you’ll be fine. And I’ll loan you a MAGA hat if you want.

Argument makes zero sense

But just think how much the low price of gasoline is saving you on Molotov cocktails in your peaceful protest.

The lawsuit filed Monday in federal court alleges that the repeated use of force by the Seattle Police Department has made it impossible for them to exercise their right to protest without pricey personal protective gear. If I were a judge, and this suit were brought before me, I'd say, "Get the f*** out of my f***ing court, and if I ever see your worthless ass in here again I'll cite you for contempt, and you'll be arrested, handcuffed, taken to prison, and raped." And that's just what I'd say to the attorney.

“Sucks to be them. What do they want?”
Our tax dollars, to support their offenses and defense.
“We” already give them lots of advertising.
