Florida’s two highest-ranking Cuban-American Republicans are preemptively attacking California Rep. Karen Bass, one of Joe Biden’s potential vice president picks, due to her past work in Fidel Castro’s Cuba with the Venceremos Brigade, a group that has organized annual trips to Cuba for left-leaning Americans since 1969.
U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio and Lt. Gov. Jeanette Nuñez criticized Biden for including Bass on his shortlist and said picking her would hurt his electoral prospects with Hispanic voters in South Florida.

Sure, Micro Rubio is incensed by Bass supporting the communist Castro regime while he works to give the Democrats a permanent majority with amnesty for illegal aliens.
They have no VP. they have no pres pick. All they have are congressional reps, mayors and governors. We’ve seen the mayors governors in action. We got a glimpse of the congressional reps last week. People vote for them, too.

I remember seeing posters and such in my school for “Venceremos” and I had zero idea what it was until years later.
I thought it was some kind of Spanish club.
“We will win”. Hmmm?
I remember seeing the poster on the wall...white, with large black block letters “VENCEREMOS” going from one corner to the other.
Never knew that was what it meant, my Spanish had never been that good. Actually, the teacher, a young woman with long, limp black hair and round wire rim glasses, disliked me intensely.
The feeling was mutual. I can look back now and see she was a commie...
