President Donald Trump’s job approval hit its highest level in more than five months in Rasmussen’s Daily Presidential Tracking Poll from Friday, reports CNSNews.
According to the poll, 50 percent of likely voters approve of Trump, with 39 percent strongly approving. Disapproval was at 48 percent, with 43 percent strongly disapproving.
Trump’s approval in this poll was boosted by black voters. According to Rasmussen, a slight majority of black voters approve of Trump, and a higher percentage of minority voters approve of the president.
Two months ago, black likely voter approval for President Trump in the Rasmussen Reports daily tracking poll was at 40 percent. In August 2019, black voter approval for Trump stood at 26 percent.
Trump received 8 percent of the African American vote in 2016.
I was very much skeptical of Rasmussen’s 40 percent approval number two months ago. Approval that high from black voters would make Trump’s reelection all but certain. While I question the results of this poll, I do believe that it is possible that it could be more accurately capturing the trend of black approval for Trump. If Trump’s approval from likely black voters was at 26 percent a year ago, it is certainly possible that the economic improvements black Americans experienced prior to the pandemic could have resulted in a surge of support.
I don’t see it hitting 40 percent or even 26 percent, let alone 50 percent. But is it possible that Trump could get 10 to 12 percent of the black vote in November? I can see that.

The Republicans need to ballot harvest in select districts of California - especially those where they lost to the Democrats through ballot harvesting in 2016.

Unfortunately, states get to make their own election law and ballot harvesting is legal in California. I sure hope the republicans have learned their lesson and will be out there harvesting votes, too in November. I think they have 14 days after the election to bring more votes in. It is appalling and should not be allowed.
I'm not certain why it is allowed. The constitution states the election is on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. It does not state that the election is held from September 15 when early voting starts in some states to November 17th. I would like to see it challenged in federal court.
Everyone is talking ballot harvesting but there is another scheme afoot. It is quite possible Trump does not get the overall popular vote due to the larger population density cities. Then according to the movement the states who have voted against their constituents’ wishes to have the electoral votes go to the candidate with the most popular votes. Then with the recent SCOTUS decision which compels the Electoral College to vote the way the state has stated them to vote. Thus if Trump wins the state but the state is under the pact to vote according to the overall popular vote, then state can compel their Electoral College member to vote for the candidate with the most votes in the nation overall.
Since the Electoral college members are elected in December for each state, it won’t help to delay the total vote count by media. Besides the info is going to get out whether we don’t want it to or not.
It should damn well be illegal these are 3rd parties bringing ballots in with NO witness to the vote actually happening, NO guarantees on the signature I can see a family member turning in a ballot but NOT a total stranger!! These people are just filling out these ballots they are NOT actually meeting with the voters NO WAY!! Days after the election should also be illegal for federal elections this needs to be federal law!! State elections are one thing but FEDERAL ELECTIONS should be under federal law!!!

Well, for one, California has seven Republican members of Congress, including three of the best, Tom McClintock, Kevin McCarthy and Devin Nunes, not to mention the districts that might be swung back Republican if there is a fair vote.
The Rats will lose, and they’ll continue to crap in everyone’s breakfast...
If he’s re-elected easily, then Kevin McCarthy should be the new Speaker (though I’d prefer Jim Jordan, but it won’t happen).
That pact will not be legal, because the states that adhere to it have much fewer than 270 electoral votes collectively.

Reflects some of the inroads made with blacks and Latinos.
I want to believe it won't but this year has been a Sh#!t sandwich and it isn't getting any better.

Seven out of 51 is really pathetic. The party lost 7 seats to ballot harvesting, so hopefully those seats are flipped again in 2020. Already one of those seats have flipped in a special election and it wasn’t even close.
I believe the retirement of 26 Republicans and eight Democrats that walked away from their political careers at the end of the 115th Congress was because they saw the shit show coming. I also believe that many of those Republicans knew they would be a target for their corruption, and high tailed it out of town. That being said, it was both good and bad for the right. Bad in that the right lost the House, good in that the right wouldn’t be bashed and provide cover for the left and lame stream media.

But, how do you call an election when millions of votes never get counted? We know the liberals will never finish the count.
I have more faith in the accuracy of this poll, but who tells pollsters the truth?
If Trump and the pubbies can limit mail in voting to a few states, like CA and NY, where he has no chance anyway, then we will win.
If this mail in fraud spreads, we are in real trouble.
