Trump doesn't have a prayer in Cali, so while not ok to ballot harvest, it doesn't really hurt him - except in the popular vote and that is important, too.

Well, for one, California has seven Republican members of Congress, including three of the best, Tom McClintock, Kevin McCarthy and Devin Nunes, not to mention the districts that might be swung back Republican if there is a fair vote.

Seven out of 51 is really pathetic. The party lost 7 seats to ballot harvesting, so hopefully those seats are flipped again in 2020. Already one of those seats have flipped in a special election and it wasn’t even close.
