President Trump suggested this week the next coronavirus relief package could include a direct cash payment for American families that's potentially higher than $1,200.

"It may go higher than that actually," Trump during an interview Wednesday with ABC affiliate KMID in Texas. "I'd like to see it be very high because I love the people. I want the people to get it."

So if millions without jobs or little wages lose their homes, can’t pay their bills...what is your solution?

I know one guy, unemployed, government housing, Obama phone chain smoker, and alcoholic . . . may also gamble. The last COVID relief money or whatever it was called was gone in a couple of days. Handing out cash is NOT the answer.

I think the evil of the world (we all set Satan free to be “god of this world”; and he is temporarily) is resulting in all the debt trouble, not to mention crime, etc.

The Democrats obviously serve the Evil One.

God may not be a Republican, but Satan is certainly a Democrat.

Now we’re in a battle during these closing minutes, or seconds of this age.

I don’t like it but here we are - at this point in time.

Maybe we’re here for this appointed time.

Before the full Globalism and a loaf of bread costing a day’s wage.

Again I say, we’re on a runaway train. Yikes.

Worse than “Supertrain”.

Yeah! Trump should have a news conference about the tens of millions of Americans who've been completely derailed, lost it all or will due to this imported foreign disease. with the leftist turning this into a political weapon as the election is on the horizon. Do ya think he should tell America, "That's tough sh*t. What do ya think this is, a united country? Go get a tent and live in the bushes next to the freeway. We have hundreds of billions in foreign aid to pay, get lost!"

From my way of thinking, if ever there were a time or a justified need to help Americans this would certainly qualify as one of them. A justified bit of a hand up, hand out, call it what ya want. Fact is over the past few decades, the government, prior to the Trump era, wasted tens of trillions in American treasure. 10 year long compassionate wars in Ustinkistan, on and on. Trailing death and debt all over the planet.

I can deal with this right now. Eventually they'll be coming with a receipt saying, "Final payment". Give those who've been cannibalized by this some time to figure out how in hell they're going to survive, not to mention others being hurt because they can't pay the debt on everything they owed prior to the China virus. All this due to no fault of their own.

My wife and I haven’t got it. We were among many scheduled to have it sent May, 22. Apparently a processing error occurred, and many did not get theirs. I found this out when I was in the process of sending in my form 3911. IRS says sit tight, they’re sending out money as fast as they can.

We still don’t have it.

Keep it all out of Nancy and Chuck's grubby fingers then.

By the way Mr President, if you make ANY deals with them you'll get rolled, and that's fair warning.

Go for broke! $2,400 stimulus for each US citizen, $300 unemployment voucher for US citizens for 90 days, $600 employment voucher for all employed US citizens, and implement eVerify for all current and future workers. Heck, while we are at it, how about a tax credit for companies replacing H1B visa workers with US citizens? Give all employers a tax break to get rid of all visa workers and replace them with US citizens. And still more, how about $1,000 bounty for each outed/fired and deported illegal alien employed by an American company?

It’s a very brutal situation. And I hate to keep saying that giving away money is validated to get Trump to win. But with 100 days away, God forgive me for saying this, another 2 trillion is worth it at this point.

Democrats want to give $2,000 A MONTH TO EVERY AMERICAN, LEGAL OR ILLEGAL FOR 6 MONTHS.

That will make the 2 trillion now look like peanuts.

Each of us might want to “prep” personal hygiene items while they’re still (somewhat) available. I’m noticing more and more beauty/shampoo items not being available (either on store shelves) or for order from any other source. Guess we’ll just have to put clothes pins on our noses and soldier on. The present, and near future, isn’t looking so rosy. And those wheelbarrows full of cash will be worthless.

Because it’s not their money either. It doesn’t exist. We are 26 trillion in debt.

It is really like wanting scraps from a crumbling empire.

The only thing that gives us a chance is the government keeps replacing all the debts at 4% with new debts at 1% or less. It will keep our yearly payment on interest to 300 billion or so

Full disclaimer. I am going to take that money when it comes to me.

we should be looking out for the next generations of ours and adding trillions to the debt isn’t looking out for them.

I agree with you to an extent. It’s very difficult situation

That plan will cost us 8 to 12 trillion dollars in 12 months

we will be at about 150% debt to GDP after this bill is passed. Imagine them winning. We all will be well over 200% and it will be over
