“We didn’t get the required documentation in time; some documents, which we normally get before a hearing, didn’t arrive until yesterday,”

Sounds like Resistance sabotage.

In 2018 tweets, for example, Tata called Obama a “terrorist leader” and said Islam is the “most oppressive violent religion I know of.” He also called Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) a "vicious race baiting racist” and said she and Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) "have always been the same violent extremists."

Ok, So where is the racist tweet?

The Republican senate is weak. President Trump has had more nominees denied than any other president in my lifetime. Herman Cain (Fed Reserve), Stephen Moore (Fed Reserve) and now Anthony Tata (Under Secretary of Defense for Policy). They were all well qualified but were denied because of their political opinions. This doesn’t happen to Democrat nominees.

Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) a “vicious race-baiting racist” and said she and Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) “have always been the same violent extremists.”

The truth hurts.

Nothing inflammatory or racist there.

"Just the facts, ma'am."
