A local radio station used to use a comedy soundbite from some 1950s SF or rock and roll or similar movie.
It had a deadly serious male voice (probably a general or a White House advisor in 1955) saying:
“Do you know the destruction to our country that many unleashed teenagers could do?”
I always remember that about today’s worse “teens”.
