Fourteen members of a Texas family have tested positive for the coronavirus following a party last month, with one dead and another on life support, according to a report.
Tony Green, the Dallas man who hosted the party and believed the global pandemic was a hoax, called the cluster of infections “a harsh lesson in the reality of COVID-19,” NBC News reported.
“In great haste, I began prognosticating the alphabet soup about this ‘scamdemic,'” Green said in a column in the Dallas Voice. “I believed the virus to be a hoax. I believed the mainstream media and the Democrats were using it to create panic, crash the economy and destroy Trump’s chances at re-election.”

So big deal. Probably none of them were in a truly vulnerable group (in which case, they shouldn’t have come to the party anyway) and maybe they’ll have the sniffles and a mild cough. Or nothing at all. Or maybe a fever and flu symptoms, which can easily be dealt with by OTC medications to keep the fever down and the air passages clear.

The virus is definitely not a hoax. But there is a hell of a lot of scamming going on by our bureaucratic class, the alphabet swamp, politicians, media, tycoons, and even that dumas who used PPP money to buy a Lamborghini.
The entire thing has been politicized when it really should be left to doctors and patients and all the data provided by independent and peer reviewed researchers.

How many of them were tested prior to the party, what’s the baseline? Did they test positive for antibodies after recovering from an asymptomatic infection and how many tested were infectious?
This has the bulls*** odor and other similarities to at least two similar stories that recently came out-and it has the look of another Urban Legend developing...

That was my very first thought, too. So many people have had it and didn’t even know they had it. Or others had a few sniffles or muscle aches and that was it. Some get shortness of breath and recover. Very few go to the hospital and even fewer go to the ICU.
Let me know when somebody from that party is on a ventilator or croaks. Until then, who cares? Just an excuse for a gay liberal to bash President Trump under the fake cloak of “conservatism.”
