What if Africans had stayed in Africa? Exclusive: Mychal Massie says prominent blacks should be confronted with the question

If Africans had stayed in African it's a safe bet that there would have been the likes of Rep. Ilhan Omar's father who was connected umbilically to crazed Somalian sociopath dictator Said Barre. But what are the chances that Omar herself would have been more than a piece of meat or sidewalk beggar? (See: "Ilhan Omar Can't Leave Country Because of The Sins of Her Father," Mychal Massie, July 17, 2019.)

If Africa hadn't turned selling other Africans to slave traders into a thriving economy, even if there were an Al Sharpton and Maxine Waters, would they be the shakedown scammers they are today in the United States? Does anyone honestly believe that the likes of Stacey Abrams would be provided money and privilege to attack a sitting African dictator or warlord? Would Karen Attiah, global editor for the fish-wrapper newspaper Washington Post, be working for a major newspaper attacking white women in the crudest most boorish ways? The truth is heck no. However, I'd say there's a better than even chance that her ancestors were likely the very Africans who made slave trading a commercial success for certain African tribes. Attiah is from Ghana, and until the early 1900s Ghana was the slave trader nation Ashanti.

“Or if North Americans had not been so lazy that they purchased humans from Africa to do their hard work.”

We only took in 5% of the slaves captured by their fellow blacks. Blacks started slavery in America. 24% of freed blacks owned slaves, but only 1.4% of free whites did.

Seems blacks are their own worst enemy. Typical savages.

“And, from a civilizational perspective, their ancestors didn’t ask to come here and the living descendants of those ancestors did not choose freely to have white culture, white tastes, white behavior patterns and white aspirations part of their daily lives, either.”

Yeah, civility just doesn’t suit them, does it?

All who owned slaves were “Savages.”

"....they drew up national boundaries with no regard to tribal boundaries. That is the source of much of the misfortune in Africa today...."

There are thousands of tribes in Africa but nobody to date has been able tabulated exactly how many. Tanzania alone has more that a hundred counted tribes.

And they were killing and enslaving one another long before the Europeans arrive in sub-Saharan Africa. That's what Africa would still look like today. In fact tribal warfare continues even today...recall Rwanda?

That’s a fair point. But that conflict was caused by two different tribes - the Hutu and the Tutsi - shoved together in the same artificial country by a foreign power. Would the massacres have occurred if those two tribes were in separate countries?

Who knows? Maybe they’d cross international bombers and continue to pick at each other.

My point is that forcing enemy tribes together like that was a lousy thing to do. Not that the European powers cared. In fact, they saw it as a good way to control the colonies. Play the various tribes off each other.

The Irish slaves didn’t have a choice either, nor did any slaves regardless of colour. At the end of it all, nobody today had anything to do with that. The only people operating a slave market today is islamists, so why aren’t people going after them?

There’s a lot of blacks today that never would of had the opportunities they have now if their ancestors weren’t sent over. God does indeed work in mysterious ways sometimes. There’s a silver lining in every cloud.

Since the ancestors of American blacks were unequal to those that sold them into slavery, had they remained in Africa, they would probably been killed.

Inequality to their betters resulted in being captured and sold

Historical analysis

My point zack lee. They would have died from tribal wars, famine or disease. Or sold into slavery to folks that were a whole lot worse to them than the europeans.

What would your choice be. A free person on your own land, facing the uncertainties of life in a land you know. Or would you prefer to be owned, like livestock, on an Alabama cotton plantation.
