One has to wonder what these rioters have contributed to this country, do they even pay taxes? Cities and States that fail to act, the USA should write them off and cut them off all federal funding. Let the citizens in those Cities and States feel the pain of being control by socialism and high crimes. If they want freedom they must stand up and show their cities are worth saving. Stop wasting money on the insurrection area.
Cut off Federal funding means everything: EBT, Student Loans, Police Money, Education dollars, Transportation, Community, and regional development.
