Thanks to some idiotic mayors and governors, this is a damn mess. And Antifa would just love another Kent State moment. We should not give them what they want.
So what’s the solution? Clear the streets each night with National Guard troops swinging riot batons. Result: lots of bruised hippies, but no flower children laying dead on the grass.
Trump should stay out of it, for now anyway. It’s up to the governors to call out their own National Guard units. But so far it looks like they’re too timid to do that.

I always thought when I was doing riot formation training the the batons should be 2nd row, rifles 3 row and Chainsaws in the front row. People will grab a baton. Not many people will grab a Stihl chainsaw from you.
I think most of America would like to start seeing them dead. It’s the only way to put an end to this. It needs to be brutal and with prejudice.

UPDATE: Some of the protestors have moved off the AMC campus and have now blocked both E/B and W/B lanes of Alameda Pkwy.
Vehicles traveling in that area need to find an alternate route.
That’s my take, too. It is pathetically weak and nobody takes it seriously. It reminds me of the weak Mom & Dad threatening the out-of-control kid time after time after time and doing nothing.

Accuracy in terminology is important. Even some of the so-called conservative media still refers to the rioters as “protesters”. Very frustrating.
