I feel bad for the people. But that regime needs to fall. Red China has been bad for the world.

Dont waste your feel badness too much. The Chinese people would not bother to piss on you if you were on fire.

Communism, in general, has been a scourge to mankind and will always be. China can never be a good neighbor and a friend of China should always be avoided or nuked. It is an impossibility to become friends with a commie nation, as DJT experienced to his dismay.

It’s interesting the country (China) that is one of the worst polluters is getting all that rain and the dam is having a bad go at holding all that water back. Even more interesting is the city most in danger is Wuhan.

NOT ONLY ARE WE GOING INTO A NEW SOLAR MINIMUM BUT WE ARE ALSO IN THE PROCESS OF ENTERING ANOTHER 3600 YEAR REPTETIVE SIGNATUR CYCLE WHICH CAUSES SOME OF THE MAYEM WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEING AROUND THE WORLD. CHINA AMONGST MANY OTHERS (flooding & drought) FOR EXAMPLE

As we are going into another GSM (Grand Solar Minimum) chances are better than good that it will get colder instead of warmer. The major big one we had was the Maunder minimum from 1645-1715 and at that time the Thames in Great Britain froze over. Followed by another shorter Solar Minimum the Dalton Minimum 1890-1830 which also brought along all kinds strange events, amongst it the New Madrid quake 1811-1812 which was severe enough should it happen today Saint Louis would be no more than a fond memory, along with many other large cities close by. Matter of fact it was strong enough to cause church bells to ring in Boston.

Not only that but this will be in combination or conjunction with he 3600 signature cycle which we are gradually running into again and causing all kinds of havoc. The last time it reared its ugly head was in 1500- 1600 BC giving the then Pharaoh most likely Thutmose III (?) an Excedrin headache. These events were recorded in one of the world’s oldest history book THE BIBLE as the TEN PLAGUES.

Eventually culminating in an event which became known as the EXODUS or the release of the Israelis from bondage. The catch is or was that these TEN PLAGUES were not just a localized event showing up in ancient Egypt but were on a world wide scale as shown in ancient Chinese records dating back to about the same date.

In China, it was written during the reign of Emperor Qin c. 1600B.C. Chieh Dynasty In the twenty-ninth year of King Chieh [the last ruler of Hsia, the earliest recorded Chinese dynasty], the Sun was dimmed... the Sun was distressed... during the last years of Chieh ice formed in [summer] mornings and frosts in the sixth month [July]. Heavy rainfall toppled temples and buildings... Heaven gave severe orders. The Sun and Moon were untimely. Hot and cold weather arrived in disorder. The five cereal crops withered and died.

Events very similar what is taking place today in form of unusual flooding or immense amount of snow in other areas, along with an increase in earthquake activities as well as volcanic eruptions.

This combined with extreme cold in some areas and draughts in another, along with an increase as well as severity of earthquakes. As mentioned at he beginning of this writing, the last incidents took place approximately 1500 or 1600 BC now add to this our current date 2019 and we arrive at just about 3600 years, so chances are better than good that there is more on the way as we are approaching and heading into the full cycle. Needless to say do not expect any confirmation from official sources, if anything I expect nothing but denials.

So far the US has been relatively lucky compared to other countries, even so the LEFT COAST borders THE RING OF FIRE. Aside from some flooding we have remained fairly unscathed and I hope and pray that our luck will hold out.

Building the Three Gorges Dam was a colossal mistake.

It was strongly opposed by an esteemed hydrologist at the time who had tried valiantly but failed to stop the project. He gave a long list of technical reasons why it should not be done; and that if it was built as planned, it would have to be destroyed eventually with bombs (in order to get rid of it).

For the ordinary people, the construction had permanently submerged numerous historically significant sites, and caused untold hardship for the millions who were displaced in the years during the planning and construction phases, in some cases having to relocate more than once.

In the end, as evidenced in the years since completion, the dam has failed to fulfill any of the promises of preventing floods and lowering electric bills, and may have contributed to a host of other problems like the current drought in the Northeast(?) wiping out wheat and corn crops, and numerous earthquakes and mudslides. Worse, it is now an existential threat to hundreds of millions of people downstream as water always seeks lower elevation rather than runs off in all directions.

Saying the 3G Dam is not the biggest dam ever built and comparing its holding capacity to that of other dams is meaningless unless the objective is to obfuscate the real issues and defend the indefensible. In terms of safety, common sense tells us other factors are more critical than how much water a dam holds, such as the kind and strength of the bedrock it is sitting on and that of the surrounding geological makeup, quality of construction, etc. Of course nobody knows the truth, but we do know two things about the 3G Dam: 1) hydrologist Huang Wanli’s reasons opposing its construction are on record, and 2) its construction, inspection, and quality control teams were the same people working for a corrupt communist regime.

The fact that calamitous floods had occurred in the past does not mean it has to happen again. Advances in the field virtually guarantee that methods to direct and distribute water to mitigate and even prevent disasters are available. But that would require leadership that genuinely care about the country, willing to do real planning and real work that do not add to the GDP. Contrast that with CCP leaders who all put their wealth outside China while holding foreign passports.

The article merely scratches the surface of the flooding reality.

The Yangtze river and tributaries span much of central china. The numbers of people affected is in the tens of millions. There are untold tens, perhaps hundreds of millions immediately adjacent to those tens of millions also affected.

When Katrina struck New Orleans, there were a few hundred thousands affected. Thousands were evacuated to areas hundreds of miles away. That action is at least a hundred times in China.

The infrastructure in the form of miles and miles and miles of roads and uncountable bridges are just gone. There are hours and hours of you tube video showing buildings along the river being swept away in droves. Ditto scenes of cities at great distances from the river banks with uncountable automobiles and lower stories of flooded very high rise buildings. What we think of as levees have purposely been broached to release the water into the ancient flood plains to reduce flooding intensity down stream cities.

When you see floods areas for as far as you can see, you are seeing the croplands. This year will see no harvest in the riverbottom crop lands.

As I understand it, there are still at least two weeks of the normal monsoon left to go so it is not over

Strangely believe it, to the north of the flood areas there is severe drought that has already wiped out crops. There will be no real harvest in these drought devastated areas.

The message to me is that American farmers have uncountable new Chinese customers who will be coming to buy their products.

For us here looking at videos that are just fragments of the reality, the damage is truly awesome and the number of people is just incomprehensible.

For those of us interested in natural disaster, I recommend going to Youtube and searching for China Flooding videos dated one or two weeks ago. Seeing cars rapidly floating down a river. is interesting. Also interesting are pigs swimming in the flood, their infrastructure just gone. Meanwhile, in the middle of the cities people are catching fish in droves.
