Need to report the case rate and death rate per 100,000 or 1,000,000 population. Both the US and Brazil have large populations, and both aren't doing badly with COVID-19. Of course they both have larger absolute numbers of COVID-19 cases and deaths than, say, Belgium, which has a much smaller population but has about twice the case rate and death rate as the US and Brazil.
If AP understood math and statistics, they wouldn't be AP.
From my understanding, COVID-19 antigen testing can remain positive for quite some time following recovery because it is detecting fragments of now non-infectious ("dead") virus that remain in cells. IgM/IgG antibody testing should/would answer the question regarding disease activity.
No doubt that each time he tests positive it will count as a new case of COVID.

The PCR test can get a positive if there’s viral debris still in the nose. But the debris isn’t infectious.

If you already have HCQ in your system, and have adequate levels of zinc, then your immune system should be able to rapidly fight off infection with minimum severity of symptoms.
Said another way, if WuFlu virus gets into you, and your body fights it off without you even noticing, then you technically "got" it, even though you had minimal symptoms.
Believe me, if Obama was President they'd be working the statisics to show that the USA is surpassing every other nation in every way. They understand statistics, they use them deceptively to advance their narrative.
