Why not? They like money. President Trump’s Operation Warp Speed promised BILLIONS to the top 5 candidates to make this happen. So they’re making money. They don’t care who he is or what he is. They care if they can make money. The sooner you’re done with your vaccine, the less competition there is in the marketplace. If I go to Walgreens or CVS for a my COVID-19 vaccine, you can be the only game in town in October/November, or you can be one among a dozen different options in January. You think these guys give up billions of dollars for that?

Agreed! President Trump understands what’s going on and he’s absolutely right. A very real virus is being used as an excuse to push various policies forward that benefit one specific group. Take away the virus; take away their pretext for the policy changes.
People need to have more faith in President Trump.

As a rural resident who has seen his area ‘s cases and hospitalizations almost triple in the last week, I think Trump’s thinking of us.
Very independent people here. Getting them to mask ‘when appropriate’ is important now, and only the Authority of Trump can get them to do it.
Those with “at risk” household members have taken such precautions for a while.
The rest of us haven’t.
But the situation has worsened for us- as it’s improved for more urban areas.
No, the election is slipping away unless something big happens - and it will not be the vaccine.

personally, I think people are so desperate for a vaccine, any vaccine, you could formulate a sugar water solution and inoculate younger people, who aren’t going to die anyway, and everybody will think we’re home free...
