Professional athletes today are as big a bunch of pussies as the liberal city police chiefs and mayors. Worthless jackasses that play a child’s game for a living.

Systemic racism is now a fantasy like climate change. “You all know it’s there, you experience it every day.” Total nonsense.

The same affirmative action should be applied amongst all the sports the same way they want it applied throughout the rest of our lives. Quotas, quotas, quotas, no more players on a team based upon their skill only their skin color in relation to the racial makeup of the US. I am going to enjoy my $2 million a year salary playing baseball next year.

By not watching or streaming, assures a bunch of empty seats! (Metaphorically) And, still hits teams bottom line.

You are correct. I will no longer promote MLB products by wearing their merchandise.

I will however support the Ty Cobb Museum instead. https://tycobbmuseum.org/

I was supposed to be on the Board of Directors as an Associate, but the COVID virus put a stop to that this year. I will still volunteer and donate items to the museum.

I used to coach Little League and Pony baseball and had several 5-gallon buckets of practice balls left. I found that kids with special needs love to autograph me and have them displayed for the public to see. They smile from ear to ear.

... you don't think the Yankees will follow suit?
I'm thinking no. But we'll see in a couple of days.
I sure do wish George Steinbrenner was still with us.

No, because most emigrating Californians are hypocrites.

They flee the cr@phole cities made that way by liberal policies, and they bring their liberal views into new locales like spreading a pandemic.

Kind of like “true socialism hasn’t been tried yet, but we’ll get it right this time!”

“Have been Giants fan since they played in NYC.”

Since, we moved to the Bay Area in the late 1960’s. We even went to Candlestick and froze our butts off in the summer to watch a losing team at that time.

As ancient old Giant fans, we would get a group together, ride a ferry to and from the Giant Ball park and have a great time from standing for prayers and allegiance to the end of the game and riding back home.

I would take a subway or taxi to the Polo Grounds.
Saw a few Mets games there too, before they tore it down.

Yeah, I saw Votto’s ridiculous shirt. The guy always struck me as the closeted type.

We have relatives and friends in the East Bay, and they used to take Bart and some final bus for the ballpark. Then, this crap re lack of respect for our flag stopped that. One guy cancelled his corporate 10 season tickets the first year this shit started.

That would be one way for them to get revenue. I’d pay to see that.

Yes in the spirit of it but it was a pin back they gave out in the 1980s only if you survived an extra inning night game.
