President Trump, after months of refusing to wear a coronavirus face mask in public, posted a photo on Twitter Monday of himself wearing a face mask, declaring “There is nobody more Patriotic than me.” “We are United in our effort to defeat the Invisible China Virus, and many people say that it is Patriotic to wear a face mask when you can’t socially distance,” Trump wrote. “There is nobody more Patriotic than me, your favorite President!”

Well, I might have had ancestors on both sides doing some scalping, so they’re even.
I’ve noticed a LOT of posts lately that are obvious trolls.
Was going to Drive up window of my bank today and while waiting in line I was looking inside and there was a Hispanic Dude and a Black Dude (landscaper truck outside) with bandana type masks on.
When I got to the window my ‘favorite’ teller came up and I told her how 6 months ago had I seen that sight, I would have immediately called 9/11 then snuck around to the office on the side and see what I could do to ‘help’ if necessary.
Then again, 6 months ago I would have been INSIDE the bank.
Ironically, today a mask on in a bank in normal and had I went into the bank sans mask, possibility looms that someone would have called 911 on ME....

I oppose government mandates requiring one to wear a mask, but I don’t “go full William Wallace” when a private business asks me to wear one. I don’t know whose worse, the Karens or the Bravehearts.

Actually - Trump has never said people should NOT wear masks. Mike Pence has been the mouth-piece of the administration re: masks and has been very vocal about it.
Kayleigh McEnany said Trump told her "to do whatever your local jurisdiction requests of you. (June 29th - WSJ)” So - Trump has told everyone on this board - if your local authorities or state has told you to wear a mask - then DO IT.
So - Trump has been consistent. It's the people on this board who have been disagreeing with the administration. It's the people on this board who need to ask themselves a question: Is Mike Pence a liar - or a fool? Is he a liar or is he rogue and disagreeing with the president? OR is he just playing politics (which means he is a liar)? Or is he saying these things because Kayleigh McEnany is also telling the truth - because Trump said that if the Governor of Texas tells you to wear a mask - you should do it.
So - these are not Trump's issues - these are your issues. You can either call him out (and Pence) on it - or support him. But you can't have your cake and eat it too.
