Federal law enforcement officers have been using unmarked vehicles to drive around downtown Portland and detain protesters since at least July 14. Personal accounts and multiple videos posted online show the officers driving up to people, detaining individuals with no explanation of why they are being arrested, and driving off.

Very common these days. Police is pretty much universal whereas alphabet agency stuff is lost on some people.
None of the federal law enforcement agencies that you reference would have been involved with this type of operation, except perhaps USSS CAT, and their uniforms clearly have the words “Secret Service” below the word “Police.” This is fake news.
This is almost certainly real. The federal court house in Portland has been under attack nightly for over a month. Makes total sense the local federal cops are finally arresting agitators.

The point of Gitmo was to handle unlawful foreign combatants...that is, ununiformed foreign fighters with no discernable responsible chain of command for which a state would be accountable.
It’s not a detention facility for US citizens even if they’re communists, jihadists, or other terrorists.
