Police in Missouri have arrested and charged the man accused of sucker-punching a 12-year-old boy who was out street dancing last Friday.
Cedric Charles Moore, 27, turned himself in to law enforcement on Wednesday and has been charged with second-degree felony assault and first-degree felony child endangerment, according to the Cape Girardeau Police Department.
Police were able to quickly identify Moore and issue a warrant for his arrest due to video footage of the assault captured on Facebook Live, which now has nearly 1 million views, according to CNN.
The footage clearly shows a man, whom police identified to be Moore, exiting a vehicle from the passenger side before jogging up to the boy unprovoked and sucker-punching him in the face, causing him to bleed. Moore then re-entered the vehicle as it speedily drove away.
The boy fell to the ground as a result of the attack and moments later seemed dazed and confused as he kneeled in apparent pain.

But...not a hate crime.
Black privilege.
The drive by Sucker Puncher only got in one shot. Those around him chased him off. Good for them.
Let me guess.
I just watch the video. On a positive note, his black friends came to aid quickly.
Black fragility
allegedly and caught on video.....huh?
Biden would let this guy out of jail without bail because Biden does not believe in holding people on bail.
What rational white youth would go “street dancing” at night. That thug had no right to assault him but could just imagine the conversation in that car when they came upon that scene. Also have little doubt that the driver and the thug were under the influence of some substance or another. Sorry but people have to learn to be street smart.
Guest without the picture.
Guessed correctly.
The sad thing is that some folks are perpetuating what used to be an incorrect stereotype.
They were his friends and race was important. This is the way it should be.
I forgot to add that thankfully that creep was outnumbered by some good people.
Missouri. So I guess he’s not out without bail today.
I used to chat with a black prison guard at the gym. He had interesting views. I mention that he was black because at the time, Obama was president, and the attitude of many of the other blacks in the gym was suddenly anti-white and having a conversation or even exchanging a smile was impossible. This man had zero apparent racism. He divided people into good, neutral and bad.
As for people in prison, they often had a view that the world revolved around them. They were the most important person. Another person just walking down a corridor and staying on his side, who looked at them, had violated their personal space and had to be “dealt” with.
The guards maintained a list of prisoners that they could never, under any circumstances, turn their backs on. One of those guys had committed murder of a stranger within hours of release. The guard shrugged and said that he was one of the most dangerous men the guard had ever been around. But the former prisoner had served his time and he had to be released.
There are, according to the guard, a fair number of people in prison who could never integrate with society. They were just too dangerous for ordinary people to be around.
I have left the gym and I miss this guy. He was always a great conversation waiting to happen.
I don't know what video you watched, but nobody "chased him off".
He ran back to his car and one guy followed him, but it wasn't chasing him.
Typical Democrat.
You guys are missing something. What to do with the driver. He’s just as guilty.
Why no hate crime for the feral savage beast?

What rational black youth would go play baseball during the day with crackas?
Those crackas had no right to assault him but could you just imagine the conversation in that car when they came upon that scene?
