US Judiciary again.
JUDGES ARE NOT IMPARTIAL. They are seditious.
They KNOWINLY, like dirty Emmet Sullivan, coverup murders,
and worse.
Sullivan has ruin the Trust of the Judiciary, and
IT IS TIME TO DEFUND ALL ARTICLE 3 JUDGES.
THEY ARE AS CORRUPT AS A COMEY.
I haven’t read the replies to this comment, but I tend to agree that he did plead guilty twice. But the DOJ dropped all charges and that should be it. In stead Sullivan is using any and all judicial tricks to sentence Flynn. Flynn should have NEVER plead guilty to anything.

I’m with Vermont LT on this one. Flynn’s defense had been one colossal blunder after another from the start. It’s amazing that his current lawyers have been able to get him out of the hole he spent two years digging himself into.
A simple solution would be to have AG Barr offer him immunity from prosecution from any crime for participation with Department of Justice investigations. Just tell Judge Sullivan that Mr Flynn is a cooperating witness with full immunity.
Gosh, you are such a brave person. He had the full weight of the Federal government with unlimited finances bearing down on him and they also threatened to destroy his son; he was advised to plead guilty by his lawyers. It is unfortunate that he does not have the courage you do.
1. The prosecution (most likely a democrat trial lawyer)
2. The defense (most likely also a democrat)
3. The judge (odds are good, they are also democrat)
4. The Democrat Party

It has now been proven that his legal counsel that recommended he cop a plea was incompetent at best, compromised at worst
In either case they did not pursue the fact there was exculpatory evidence of his innocence, they gave him no option of exoneration from the fbi entrapment
well the fact is he’s totally neck deep in all this and its the finalxattempt to cover his and a lot of other peoples asses
the irony is he’s going to get nailed anyways with all the stuff that is coming out, so its a futile effort on his part

His original lawyers are part of the swamp. They were in on the corruption along with the judge, DOJ and FBI.
If you followed the case closely you would know that.
