I agree about that. What I don't see in your posts is real disapproval of the FBI/DOJ's actions. In your posts I am seeing, you focus your scorn on Flynn instead.

Not really. That portion of “Burdick v. United States” was meaningless dicta, wasn’t it?
You are probably going to regret these words if the world continues on the path it seems. When you are given a choice between acquiescing to a lie or seeing your family jailed or put to death. I am sure you will hold the line and refuse to sacrifice your own life.
But, as for myself, if General Flynn can be destroyed and threatened this way, then anyone can. In Missouri, a couple is being charged for defending their home from destruction by a mob. Their firearms have been confiscated and they are facing charges when the law clearly supports them. But, the Prosecutor decided they had to be made an example. Flynn suffered from collusion between corrupt Prosecutors and his corrupt lawyers telling him the plea was his only option. The Prosecutors have all been fired and Flynn fired his “supposed” lawyers and got a real attorney. And, you blame him.
Good luck looking for justice when its YOUR turn.
If Michael Flynn had showed up in court on Day 1 with no lawyer and told the judge he was broke and was going to defend himself in court, Ill bet this case would have been over long before it got started. Thats because theres nothing that puts mortal fear in the heart of a tyrant prosecutor than the prospect of dealing with a defendant who has nothing to lose.
No, I don’t think this is the case as he is broke now and still begging for Justice in the face of clear precedent, a writ of mandamus (which almost never is granted except in clear cases of Judicial error) and clear evidence of a literal government conspiracy at the highest levels to frame him.
Throwing himself on the mercy of the court is exactly what they had planned, but the important element was that they removed him and disgraced him so that he wouldn’t have the access to do what Richard Grinnell finally accomplished, but in the first weeks of the administration.
