Yeah, because prisoners are notorious rule-followers.

Californians are going to have to let the rich have their private beaches or they will keep getting stuff like this.

It is true...California is going to release thousands more criminals to prey on those still stuck in CA.

Unreal...

The riots, arson and looting must’ve slowed.

No no no, masks protect from the Rona, give them masks, they are magic and they don’t need to be released.

Because criminals wandering the streets are like antibodies to Covid-19.

Our society is breaking down folks...

This tactic of allowing that to continue as if it will
suddenly go away, is defeatist, and will result in the
total destruction of our nation.

More Dem-induced lawlessness. The stupid is strong with California.

This vile, ultra-Left governor is doing everything he can to hurt Californians, stall the economic recovery and garner support in the Democrat/Left Party for a presidential run in 2024 ... for the sole purpose of helping stop Americans from re-electing Trump. Nancy Pelosi’s nephew just doing what he’s been told to do by the Democrat/Left Party leaders and he will do everything they require ... everything and anything (as we see day in and day out since March).

What insane logic makes these Democrats think that Californians need more violence and crime to coerce them into voting Democrat. It wouldn’t surprise me if CA votes Republican for President Trump and unleashes a vigorous slate of conservative Republicans running in the next mid-term. Wouldn’t that be a hoot?

“Only those with a year or less left to serve would be considered eligible.”

If that is accurate, and the offenders are non-violent, it is not a bad option. As it is, they would all be released within a year.

So, who knew all this time that prison was optional?

I guess the voters care more whether prisoners get sick, than that they, themselves, are safe.

We could save a lot of money by just abandoning a pretense of justice. Judges salaries, court costs and the like seem to be a complete waste.
