Several attorneys in Jacksonville, Florida, teamed up to file a lawsuit to stop the Republican National Convention from taking place there in August.
The lawsuit, filed in Duval County, makes several arguments as to why the city should not host the Republican National Convention as Floridas coronavirus case numbers rise.
The suit said the convention would be a nuisance injurious to the health [and] welfare of the community.

“”makes several arguments””
I don’t see “several” arguments...I see one!
Lawfare.
It probably is the Morgan firm, hes a big Biden supporter.
This is my surprised face...
ok mot really...
‘but we lose the in-your-face ingredient that Trump is so very adept at ... and enjoys.’
well, adapt or die...
The fascist commies just want to bypass the election and put Joe Biden in office so the puppet masters can demolish the country.
First off, how do you sue BLM? To the best of my knowledge there is no corporate entity called BLM, so no one to sue.
Secondly, “their devastated and trashed city”? The headline from the Jacksonville Business Journal says
“Smashed windows, but little widespread damage after weekend of protest, arrests and a citywide curfew” Please explain the “devastated and trashed city” you’re talking about.
The Texas Democratic Convention this year was scheduled to be in San Antonio, however it went fully online - nothing to cancel. I don’t really think that the mayor of San Antonio had any problem with it.
I agree with you. The left has ruined everything. Let’s make lemonade.

Theyre fundraising right?
All that money has to be going somewhere and being controlled by someone.
Is a convention required for Trump to be the nominee?
All have to be liberal slime dimocrats that hate Trump. Gotta be solid commies, most all of them are. To hell with them. Trump just needs to hold it out in the open, in fly over country, of a solid southern state like Bama, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, etc.
I like that idea, too!
Have you looked into this? There is no overarching organization that is controlling this. There is no BLM organization that is fundraising money for the protests. There are, at best small, local organizations, and any fundraising they do is for things like bail funds, medical supplies, food, etc. Good luck in suing a couple of dozen groups that collected a few thousand each. And, by the way, good luck in proving that a group that raised funds to buy bandages is responsible for the entire protest.
I noticed you didn’t address the whole “trashed and devastated city” reparations thing. How much damage was done to property and individuals during the Jacksonville protest? Kind of have to have a number for the damages before you try to sue.
Yes - there really is a BLM fundraising page. Two actually if you count the allegedly fake one.
Google is your friend.
I notice you are trying desperately hard to deflect from the whole thing.
I see you like communism and antifa?
You’re right, there is a Black Lives Matter Fundraising page. Feel free to sue away. How much are you going to sue for? I’m sure you have a list of all of the damages that devastated Jacksonville. How much is it, anyway? How much damage was done? I mean the use of the words “devastated and trashed” kind of implies major damage. Probably billions of dollars and tens (if not hundreds) of lives, right?
As for your question of whether I like communism and antifa, I really don’t. What I really dislike is hyberbole. So, tell me how much you’re going to sue for - I’ll accept round millions of $. Some backup would be nice as well.
