Even in perfect conditions with teleprompters to read from, Joe Biden still forgets what he's talking about. The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee is barely there.
Appearing virtually at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers' 2020 Virtual Political Conference on Wednesday, Biden appeared to be reading from a teleprompter when he repeatedly lost his train of thought.

Biden won’t make it to November. Dems are trying to figure out how to retire him and get his replacement up and running — but they don’t want the #2 contender — Sanders.
I think it is a result of the rats no longer having an effective command and control mechanism.

They may plan to have someone like Kamala Harris be his running mate in the hopes that he would get elected and then quit with her becoming President.
I have that same feeling. They may not cancel, but severely modify it to be say 3 debates and pick certain topics each debate may cover with a strict time limit or number of questions.

Imagine, if you will, what would happen at the Dem Convention during Biden’s acceptance speech, if the teleprompter should stop working. Be a shame. A damn shame.
Joe Biden is obviously not in good health.
Praying that he repents of the evils of abortion-on-demand and homosexual marriage that he champions.
Joe Biden needs to denounce those things publicly like he championed them publicly.
If they get through the nominating process and something happens to Biden he can be REPLACED.
He can also be REPLACED before nomination if some type of acute MEDICAL situation is pronounced.
Don't kid yourself. The Dimms will do whatever is convenient to them reaching their goal of trying to beat and replace Trump.

but he says “we’re posed” - then tries to cover up that error, too
