It is a bill waiting to be voted on and they have called it the caren bill. It is an effort to stop mainly white women calling 911 on black men and women.

When affirmative action was started to encourage higher numbers of black people in the work force the only way to achieve that goal if you were hiring based on skill and experience was to place race above those qualifications when hiring. It was called a quota, which it is, and has been debated since then. Some time after affirmative action started taking place a white man sued someone calling it reverse discrimination and won in court I think.
Can someone remind me if I’m sketchy on the details? Maybe the person’s name. I’m sure it would pull up on Wikipedia with the name.

If he's a "person of color" or maybe he hasn't declared a gender yet but he is living proof that "people of color" and or women aren't capable of running an organization.
