Sad commentary on ignorance of General Lee’s life. After the war, he dedicated himself to education and preservation of the union. He could have gathered former Rebels and refought the war through guerillas but he chose peace instead. They took his land to make Arlington Cemetery. I never hear anyone say that veterans shouldn’t be buried there because slaves might have walked those fields.

1. Does a university lower its standards before it becomes politically correct, or does it become politically correct before it lowers its standards?
A university quality question:
1. Is a university’s quality inversely proportional to (# of studies faculty X # of diversity positions), or is it (# of studies faculty X # of diversity positions)^10?
And, of course, all “students” reading this out loud and using the word “hashtag” are further proof of said lack of quality.
I can’t imagine that more than a few wealthy alumni will pull back donations if this goes through.
