RALEIGH, N.C. — The driver who was stopped and unable to get out of her car during a protest Thursday evening on the way home from a grocery run said she is certain those who threatened her do not represent the Black Lives Matter movement.
“These were violent, young, mean kids,” Deb Newton said of her ordeal, which played out on Blount Street. “I was terrified about them being on top of my car like that and as aggressive as they were.”
Newton said she got out of her car to get protesters to move, and that police officers who watched the exchange offered little help.
“The criminal justice system is here, and officers are here to make sure that people do not take the law into their own hands," Newton said. "I was forced – coming from the grocery store – to defend myself. It was insane.”

“These people were not peaceful," Newton said. "In my experience, they were physically violent. And I don’t know what they were about. They were not the Black Lives Matter people, because I support them.
"I am one of the lawyers who took a knee at the courthouse in solidarity after the killing of George Floyd ... but let me tell you something: When you start acting violent, there is no excuse, and I don’t agree with law enforcement officers not protecting citizens when that happens. There is a line and that crosses the line.”

I live in a small, rural (trigger term) community in Missouri; mostly white, in a larger county of mostly white people..located just about 65 miles sw of St. Louis. Well, the BLM a.k.a. 'peaceful' protesters are making their rounds into the small communities; wagging their fingers at residents, implying that 'we all is racist'! Look at us condemning you for your racism. The protesters? 98% white
Sanctimonious white people that wouldn't hang out with black people if their lives depended on it.

This rot is infecting officials across the country. The police do not want to get fired, or worse, charged themselves.

I think it is past time that people focus on defending themselves and start to prepare to go on the offensive. You had better prepare to join with others to go after these evil vile subhumans or it will be too late to defend what you care about.

In Asheville, we were there the week of the riots, towards the end of the week. The mob shattered the glass windows of the restaurants on the main Street downtown just getting ready to open after weeks of lockdown and shattered the windows of the new Asheville art museum and defaced the beautiful glass sculpture outside in the front of the building.Maybe citizens in this tourist destination decided that they had enough a couple of weeks later.
They are Black Lives Matter activists, and they’re mostly not black.
Sounds like one of those insincere declarations people make to cover their asses. Reminds me of when the Natalie Maines of Dixie Chicks, performing in England during the early days of the Iraq war said "Just so ya'll know, were ashamed our president is from Texas." One of the other band members quickly added in a CYA moment "but we support our troops. 100%". That wasn't sincere either.

Front and rear HD Car video cameras. Record the phone call to 911. Tell them rioters are destroying your car and are afraid for your life. Tell operator that you have visual contact with the PD and they are doing nothing. Get it on tape.... then shove it down the mayor or police chiefs throats- taking sides with the brown shirts, inaction etc. makes for some great campaign commercials...
Nothing they can say or do will give them space from their decisions. Especially if you are a bit older.
The "stupid" runs strong in this one...
