We assume high IQ means great wisdom. The greatest wisdom one has is a gift from God. We also inherit wisdom from our families.
When I was 15 in high school I was considered among the smarter kids and was somewhat isolated from others. I had a study hall where we had more mixing in an auditorium. I got to know a young lady who probably was less than average intelligence but she had great wisdom. It is 50 years later and I am still struck with learning that wisdom and intellect are different.

3 years ago, we celebrated a new Independence Day. We cut our cable and don’t watch ABCNNBCBS and Faux. Also no Disney or any sports cable pushing BLM or whatever.
I check on Fox online for headlines. If they are from the Hate America Faux rectums, I don’t click on their bs.
Besides saving over $200/month, we don’t allow the left winger haters of America into our home via the cable.

Neither do we.
In fact, we’re in the process of moving in to a new home and the TV, which we use only to stream, isn’t hooked up yet. Our normal schedule is to watch TV in the evening for 1-2 episodes of something or a movie, documentary, et al. We’ve drastically downsized and are now in the habit of watching a show on the laptop while eating a small, late dinner.
We have War Room on in the mornings and can hear it throughout the house. Talk radio in the afternoon/early evening, sometimes. News clips etc, if linked to article on line.
Local weather online.
We are informed and calm.
Life is good.
The Associated Press would have us believe divisiveness to be a bad thing by nature. The fact is, however, truth and beauty, law and order, would not be distinguishable were it not for the things that divide and distinguish them.
Likewise, the Associated Press would have us believe unity is a thing that must be praised and adored by nature. The fact is, unity must be judged by its cause, purpose, and ideals. Besides, what an insipid life and country we would have if everyone thought exactly the same.
