Attorneys for Virginia Giuffre, who publicly accused Jeffrey Epstein of sex trafficking, must destroy files they obtained on Epstein after a Wednesday ruling by a federal judge.
Epstein was arrested in July 2019 on charges of sex trafficking and conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking. Allegedly, Epstein procured women to have sexual relations with high-profile individuals, such as Prince Andrew. Information about Epstein, culled from a 2015 civil suit filed against Epstein by Giuffre, allegedly contained the names of individuals with whom Epstein had conducted business.
Senior U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska ruled Wednesday that Giuffre's lawyers had come into possession of the documents improperly, noting that the protective order could only be enforced during the civil lawsuit proceedings which had already been settled. Preska wrote that all the materials in the files "shall be destroyed."

Let me guess, a Clintdog appointee?
Appointed by George H. W. Bush
[Appointed by George H. W. Bush]
Same thing as a Clinton appointee. As everyone knows. Or should know by know.
surprised a federal judge didn’t order all evidence against hilarity and ilk all destroyed too-
Pretty slick racket they got going there- if dems are involved, order all records destroyed, if republicans are involved demand they turn over everything ‘or else’ they will be held in contempt- arrested tried and convicted- heck, just throw out the arrest and trial- just move straight to convicted-
GM cannot have long to live, I would guess.
They don’t dare let her open her yapper to the whole world.
“Hey Larry... Get this whole story over to Newsweek. They’re still in business, right? Do it right before the Fourth of July weekend and let that pissant rag “break” it. Nobody’ll read it, nobody’ll touch it, it’ll be stale by Monday, no fuss no muss...”
"As soon as the people learn to pronounce 'Jizzlain' she will be forgotten"
I hope Horowitz can get some kind of injunction. I never heard of a judge actually wanting evidence to be destroyed.
This kind of thing would be less trouble if the [redacted comment] in the nearest dumpster.

WTF? ?DESTROY EVIDENCE? OMG! We are OVER as a country!
That’s a new one. Destroy records.
“Oops. Accidentally set the shredder to ‘scan’ instead of ‘shred.’ My bad!”
In the digital age the destruction of data is a really complex process.
A lawyer is going to multiple digital copies at different locations.
He will probably have both laptop and desktop computers synced together.
Will have off-site backups and possibly on-site backups.
If it is really important, he might have it on thumb drive or DVD hard copy it a safe.
So, it might be very easy to forget to destroy one or two copies.
Then there is always the possibility that someone hacked your computer and stole the data.
These things happen
Might have given the client a copy, too. “Hey, you are under orders to destroy your copy. Honor system!”
Leak the files to Alex Jones!
Both sides have a lot to be concerned about, they are all involved. My question is, since elected officials are involved in nefarious criminal activities against its country can this whole thing be turned over and tried by a military court? for a quick no nonsense end result.
He might have visited Pedophile island
