Then of course there is the possibility that a deleted file might be undeleted.

OH NO, my hard drive crashed.

So, I brought in a computer nerd to recover my files.

And low and behold that “Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking” folder popped up complete with all of the files uncorrupted.

What are the chances of that?!

I can understand a judge, rightly or wrongly, prohibiting certain “evidence from being presented in court. But how can any judge have the authority to rule that any “evidence” be destroyed. It the material is truly “evidence” then it is of use to either the prosecutor or the defendant in a criminal matter, and to the plaintiff or the defense in a civil matter. I am 80-years old and have never encountered this kind of ruling before.
