What did I win?
Look, so far as i'm concerned, the vast majority of women in the armed services are nothing but a big social program, and only serve to create a greatly weakened war fighting system.
It is just nonsense that people keep pretending that the girls are the equal of boys in dishing out violence. They aren't. If we believe in reality, we ought to be willing to speak the truth on the matter.
The top five percent of females can successfully compete with the bottom 20% of males, so why do we even bother?
Virtue signaling and social programs. That's it. People are thus willing to degrade the primary mission of winning so that liberals can feel good about themselves and their support of "equality" that isn't really equal.
More "Emperor's new clothes" stuff.
Unlike very few in her age group, she took it upon herself to serve her country and lost her life doing so, albeit by the hands of a fellow soldier. It is male reprobates like her killer that weaken our fighting system, not soldiers like her.
You are wrong. I was a female JAG. There are lots of women in the service that do lots of good.
None of what you said here reflects on this lady. It does reflect on the utter incompetence of at least one male in the Army command structure to keep his privates under control and/or his murder predilections under control.
This woman was training to help our country as a member of the Army. How you can show disdain to her, specifically, which is exactly what you have done in this thread, is jaw dropping.
Imagine if someone said Your daughter is a little baby because she got her drivers license and her death from a combo rape/murder was justifiable, because we all know women cant drive as well as men. After all, how many auto racing events are ever won by women? Yeah, your daughter deserved it.
This is the equivalent of what you have done here, and you are happy with it.
I’m on your side on this. Totally agree.
The ones I am concerned for are the sons who have to put up with the social engineering programs and fill the gaps to get the mission done and then get shit on in advancement because of quotas and virtue signaling.
From the tone of your first post I am guessing there are a few missing females in YOUR past. Know what Im saying?
Can’t believe we agree on something again. I spent 21 years in the military. Started in the Marines and retired from the Army. Was both enlisted and officer. Served in combat units and combat support units. Deployed to Iraq twice.
Over that time I observed a few woman that could honestly hack it in the military, pull their own weight, and contribute to mission accomplishment. However, the vast majority were overall detrimental to their unit and far outweigh the good ones.
Women should be limited to the nursing corps and admin units. Letting them serve in combat units is sheer madness.
Were you ever in the military?
There are gifts that are needed other than violence. This girl should have had reasonable protection.
