I wouldn’t think this would happen in Utah. I know in Texas, vehicles have the right of way. We have a carjacking law, so people with guns who try and stop vehicles can be shot.
I could always see it happening in Utah, plenty of prominent politicians and religious leaders of the main religion of Utah, Mormonism, have made their offers to appease BLM. They invited them in.
