At a Trump rally a few years back, I observed the large bank of perhaps 40-50 press people (TV, writers, technicians, etc.) The half-dozen or so on-camera folks were diverse.
Everybody else was a white male.

my first thought as well ... hiring based on any non-competence, non-experience criteria would explain a WHOLE lot about the inept campaign performances we’re seeing from the biden camp, ranging from extremely amateurish video work to an extremely lackluster campaign merchandise online store ... my theory has always been that that biden campaign is just going through the motions because they know he’s going to lose and everyone is mostly focusing on enriching themselves from the campaign, including myriad insider subcontracting companies, but it MIGHT be simple incompetence and inexperience ...
