Not in Africa, and not south of the border. If someone wants to live in a place more like that they should simply vote with their feet. It's a big world out there and modern airline travel is safe, easy, and dirt cheap. Who gets to be in the top 20% verses the normal 80% category varies dramatically by country. If someone needs to be somebody, they either need to work for it, or failing that, move to where they're more wanted.

Bottom line is that democrats generally get their strength at the voting booth from the young and ignorant/emotional and the poor and ignorant that want the free stuff. Both tend to go all scorched earth when they don’t get their way. That’s fine as long as they are scorching their particular corner of the earth.
But if they start coloring outside the lines, well, like I said, there will be hell to pay. Don’t poke the bear.
I would think that there would be some Italian guys from Hartford/Springfield or Brooklyn that could pick up this mook and he would never be seen again. Just saying.
I think there was a Sopranos episode about this once. The Jersey boys defended a Columbus statue from some Native American protester types. Didn’t end well for the Indians.
