A federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered a judge to grant the Department of Justice's (DOJ) unusual move to drop charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
A three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals approved Flynn's petition to intervene in the case after a district court judge had tapped an outside counsel to argue against the DOJ's move.

There can be little doubt Flynn has information that will fuel and accelerate an investigation, and his involvement alone may even otherwise spur the investigators.
Gen. Flynn is not naïve. Even if he were to suffer some misfortune and no longer be a player, there are properly drafted. fully annotated, sworn to, witnessed by credible experts, notarized, etc., etc., and otherwise admissible under federal law, written documents with such information.
At a minimum, his papers (presently distributed) would include a detailed roadmap, if not intended to be admitted at a federal trial.

The "judge" kept perjury going by saying Flynn lied when he said he was guilty IIRC!
Hussein Obama and his band of criminals are petrified of what Flynn knows and where the evidence is to prove it. The criminal DNC types will do anything including burn the country down to hide their criminality. Expect the "judge" to pull another rabbit out of his hat. The law, the Constitution and directions from a superior court mean nothing to Sullivan and Obama.

And I am sure right now there is a conference call going with Holder, Obama, Rice, Sullivan, etc to see what else they can do to keep Flynn under wraps. I just hope they cannot and let this finally be a turning point for us so that we can kick their asses in jail!

There in a stunning 5-4 decision, chief justice Roberts will declare Sullivan's prosecution of Flynn a tax, and therefore lawful.

Sullivan wasn't even smart enough to affirmative action his way into a decent law school. He had to settle for Howard. Wilkins was at least smart enough to affirmative action himself into Harvard. Birds of a feather do stick together, though.
