A federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered a judge to grant the Department of Justice's (DOJ) unusual move to drop charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
A three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals approved Flynn's petition to intervene in the case after a district court judge had tapped an outside counsel to argue against the DOJ's move.

When Judge Sullivan dismisses Flynn’s case his gag order on Flynn goes away. Hopefully we will then hear what Flynn knows about the Obozo crime family.
Seems like that would open Sullivan up to charges of contempt of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. They have the final word. They gave him an order. If he tries to go over their head, he should be in contempt.

A friend who used to work for Flynn thinks he’d be better in a high level intelligence role than at FBI.
He already was Director of DIA.

I think Fox News gave him a lot of air time yesterday. I didn’t watch much but those few minutes I tuned in was a few minutes of my life wasted.
