Don’t everybody go nuts. I’ve been here a million years. I’m here so much my mail should be sent to the FR PO box.

Why would Trump push for a fourth unless his internals weren’t as good as he liked?

3 is plenty to mop the floor with biden.

And if they are not where he wants, he should know that June means NOTHING.

Americans have a 4 minute attention span. Sometimes 5.

What things are like in October will matter and things will be rocking.

He wants a debate before any voting starts. Makes sense to me.

Trump likes to taunt Joe and his team.

Why just win, when you can win Bigly!

It’s a no lose situation for Trump.

If Joe accepts, that’s one more opportunity to showcase Biden’s senility and foot in mouth disease.

If Joe refuses, Joe looks weak and afraid to debate Trump.

Because the more time Biden is live on TV, the more apparent it is that he has dementia.

Simply as a bargaining chip to make the Biden team either agree, in which case fine, let’s watch Joe go the distance -or- turn him down, then Biden shows he can’t handle four debates. Win, win for Pres. Trump.

The idea of pushing for more debates is to watch Joementia and his handlers wiggle out of doing them.
PDJT is talking smack to set up bigger smack talk down the road.
He knows Joementia won’t be able to make it through two debates without deflating. Debatable if he can make it through one.
When Joe has his on air bobble head moment PDJT can smack him with the “Low Energy” label, the dementia label or anything else he wants to label the poor schmuck. Remember how his labels stuck like hot tar during the primaries and 2016 election.

Never ever let your opponent get comfortable or rest. As General Patton said “attack, attack, attack.”

“Why would Trump push for a fourth unless his internals weren’t as good as he liked?”

For debates that wont be until September or October?

Why is it people on this side always assume every damn thing done is done out of weakness?

If Clinton or Obama called for 4 debates, people here would be whimpering that they were doing it to get a bunch of free airtime, and that there was some fix that was “in”.

Trump does it? “Uh his internals must be weak!!”.

If Biden agreed to 36 debates, Trump would demand a 37th. It’s all about making Biden look like he’s got no stamina when he rejects the demand.

He is bringing a focus to the debates, and when millions of undecided Independents see for themselves that Biden is demented, it's all over.

He wants as many debates against Braindead Biden no matter what the polls. He is not a standard politician.

Why?? I doubt that Trump is all in for a 4th debate. He’s playing chess, and your thinking checkers.

Just another way Trump gets Joe to say no and back down.

Optics.

“Why would Trump push for a fourth unless his internals weren’t as good as he liked?“

I don’t think it’s bad internals - on the contrary - it is a show of confidence.

Having said that, I don’t think he should be pushing for more debates.

I think the issue should be who moderates them.

I’d like to see him reject the so-called debate commission altogether and insist on choosing the venue, the format and the moderators for half of the debates and letting Biden choose the other half.

That is why there should be an even number - either two or four.

And by choosing moderators I don’t mean let Fox News choose. I mean Trump should choose specific people - maybe Mark Levin, Lou Dobbs, Candice Owens, Larry Elder, people like that..

If he insisted on that, we would see the first fair presidential debates in a very long time.
