If the shooters had been white cops, there would have been 500 witnesses. But as it is, most of them are afraid of the gangs or hate cops even more than they hate gangs.
All these events are peaceful and positive. Until they aren’t. Wonder what the common denominator is in all this?

Teenaged girl was killed in a separate shooting. Lots of people on hand. Police had to release the suspected shooter—no one would come forward to identify him despite the mother’s pleas. This particular black life did not matter.
